What we do
Project PRINCE AI builds an ecosystem of AI guardians that protect people from scams, fraud, impersonation, misinformation, and manipulation. A person shares a suspicious message, link, picture, recording or video, and a guardian checks it and answers in plain language: the warning signs, what it could not verify, and what to do next. Verdicts are evidence based and explained, never a bare score.
Traditional security software protects devices. PRINCE protects the person. Our guardians watch for the deception itself: the social engineering script, the manufactured urgency, the fake invoice, the romance con, the coercive phone call. The system is built accessibility first, with verdicts that can be spoken as well as shown and translation support across more than 50 languages. The goal is to make the same evidence usable by blind, Deaf, older, and non-English-speaking people without pretending one interface fits everyone.
Our products
- Project PRINCE Scanner + Lingua for Chrome, published on the Chrome Web Store, scans what you ask about, and an optional Desktop Mama Mode checks the pages you open.
- PRINCE for Android, published on Google Play, with on-demand scanning of text, pictures, audio, and video, scam call screening, and a voice mode that reads every verdict aloud.
- projectprince.ai web app, with browser based scanning, fact checking, a community threat map for plan members, and recovery resources for people after a scam.
Why we exist
PRINCE began after the founder's mother was defrauded by a scam that commercial security tools rated safe. Americans aged 60 and older reported more than 7.7 billion dollars in fraud losses to the FBI in 2025, 59 percent more than the year before, and reported losses are a fraction of the real total. The people most targeted are the least served by existing tools. We build for them first: older adults, families and caregivers, people with disabilities, non-English speakers, and anyone facing digital deception alone.
Technology
PRINCE runs on Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services. What a person shares is checked by the guardians whose specialty it is, and their findings become one verdict, anchored by a fixed evidence check that no AI opinion can lower. A provisional patent application is in preparation. The USPTO has allowed the trademark application for PROJECT PRINCE AI (serial 99259364); the PRINCE Protocol mark is in preparation. In July 2026 the company was accepted into AWS Activate and received AWS cloud credits.
Our team
Michael Prince is the founder and lead engineer. He created the PRINCE guardian system, leads product development, and oversees the company's technical and safety work.
Jose “Zay” Alcantara Brandt is cofounder and marketing lead. He leads marketing, outreach, and the work of connecting PRINCE with the people, families, and organizations it was built to serve.
